We ship our products all over the world except to countries where embargo on sale of arms has been imposed or that are engaged to war. We work close to the Estonian Police and Strategic Goods Commission of Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to make sure of compliance with all the applicable laws and regulations.
 
The following components need a special permit when buying: 

• barrels

• bolt heads

• upper receivers

• lower receivers

• magazines

• silencers.

The buyer has the responsibility for complying with all the laws and regulations of destination country regarding importing ordered goods. Nord Arms will have no liability and no refunds will be issued in case of seizure.
